Stockulate Ltd provides web design, development, and hosting services on a subscription basis. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Web hosting and maintenance

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans starting from £30/month. Details of each plan are available on our Services page.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are due monthly in advance
• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• We accept payment via credit/debit card and bank transfer
• Late payments may result in service suspension

3.3 No Setup Fees

We do not charge setup fees for our standard packages. Custom development work may incur additional one-time charges, which will be quoted in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation:

• Your website will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• You may request a copy of your website files (transfer fees may apply)
• Your domain remains your property (if registered in your name)

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Supply necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Review and approve designs within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure you have rights to all content provided to us
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use our services for unlawful purposes

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.). You grant us a licence to use this content for the purpose of delivering our services.

6.2 Our Work

While subscribed, you have full usage rights to your website. Upon cancellation, you may purchase full ownership of the custom code for a one-time fee. We reserve the right to showcase your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to:

• Host illegal content or conduct illegal activities
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Host adult content (without prior agreement)
• Engage in activities that could harm our infrastructure or other clients

8. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stockulate Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stockulate Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
