• For bookings: your services, how long each takes, what they cost, your working hours, and how much notice you need.
• For logins: who needs to sign in, and what each of them should be able to see or change.
• For a shop: your products with photos, prices and any options such as sizes, plus how you deliver or hand them over.
• How you do it today, even if the answer is “a notebook and WhatsApp”. It’s the best guide to what you actually need.

Sometimes, yes. If a ready-made booking app or shop platform fits your business, it can be the cheaper route, and we’ll say so. Website Plus is for when those tools almost fit and the workarounds cost you time, or when you want bookings, logins and your website in one place, looked after by one person.
